Massage Therapy, Brought to Your Home
Skip the drive, the rushing, and the crowded spa energy. I bring massage therapy directly to your home so you can settle into your own space, breathe a little deeper, and relax without interruption. Your home becomes the treatment room, quiet, familiar, and comfortable.
A Calm, Grounded Experience
My work is slow, intentional, and centered around creating a space where your body can actually let go. I focus on helping you feel cared for, not just worked on. The goal is to help you drop into a calmer rhythm and feel supported from the moment I arrive.
Sessions Shaped Around Your Body
Every massage is based on what your body is carrying that day. Whether you are an athlete needing focused recovery, stressed and holding tension, dealing with poor circulation, or simply craving a quiet moment to reset, your session is shaped around what you need most.
I listen to what you tell me and what I feel in your muscles. I adjust as I go, pressure, pacing, techniques, so the work feels helpful, grounding, and tailored to you.
Work That Meets You Where You Are
Your body changes day to day, and your massage should too. My approach is intuitive and responsive, meant to help you feel more balanced, mobile, and at ease long after the session ends.
The Athlete
I’m Rachael Feazelle. Long before I stepped into the world of massage therapy, my life revolved around movement, discipline, and the kind of teamwork that shapes you from the inside out. I grew up playing competitive travel softball, eventually becoming a collegiate athlete at North Park University, where I also earned my degree in Exercise Science. Years of training, long road trips, early mornings, and the discipline of the game taught me how much the body carries, and how deeply it needs care to stay strong.
The Healer
After college, I landed at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute as a Physical Therapist Assistant, a role that quietly reshaped how I think about healing. I spent my days helping people rebuild mobility and reconnect with their bodies after injury, and that work grounded me. It taught me that healing isn't just clinical, it's personal and patient, more like a slow return home to yourself than a fix.
The Massage Therapist
My path eventually led me to massage therapy, where I trained at New School for Massage Therapy Bodywork & Healing in Chicago and earned my license. Massage gave me a more intuitive, hands-on way to support people something slower, steadier, and deeply connected to the natural rhythms of the body.
As a licensed massage therapist, my style is rooted in the same principles that shaped me as an athlete: strength, balance, breath, and recovery. I use techniques that melt tension, improve circulation, and help the body find its natural equilibrium again. My approach is earthy and grounding, like stepping into a quiet forest after a long season, letting your muscles soften and your breath settle. That grounding is also shaped by my Navajo roots, a sense of balance passed down through generations, steady, intentional, and connected.
Who I Help
Whether you're an athlete recovering between training sessions, an expecting mother needing gentle, supportive care, someone managing chronic inflammation or tension, or simply craving a moment to reset, my work meets you where your body is. Every session is rooted in helping your body's natural ability to heal, so you leave feeling more relaxed, mobile, and energized long after you step off the table.
